I want you to take a day off each month my name is Chance Brown the broker of CB&A real tours and I want you to schedule one day every month where you try your very best to unplug and focus solely on being creative in our industry it is so easy to get tied down in the minutia the details all the little things that come with being a real estate agent and your brain needs a break and so it doesn't matter what you do go for a walk go paint go write go read a book it doesn't matter the other option is don't do this get caught up in all those details start being filled with anxiety start hating everybody and things will happen in your business that take you away from it when it comes to creative days what I like to think about is why I got into this business because one of the things that happens a lot to producers and a lot to agents over time is you get caught up in the grind you get caught up in doing the work and you lose track of that why did I originally try to do this and when you take that day off and you can go do something fun and you can go do something that reconnects you to the reason that you fell in love with real estate in the first place it just propels you and your business forward it's like taking a fresh start and being able to see with clear eyes that's what doing this once a month will do is help you create that feeling of loving your business all over again every single month
