Hi, I'm Chance.

I'm the Broker/Owner of CB&A, Realtors, with over 750 agents throughout Texas. We've been lucky enough to land on the Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies, all the industry “look at all the big brokers” lists, and a handful of other awards.

But the one that matters most to me: for 10 straight years, CB&A has been named the #1 workplace in Houston by the Houston Business Journal, and a top-5 workplace by the Houston Chronicle — including three consecutive years at #1. Agents choose where they hang their license. That they keep choosing to be here, and keep telling people it's a great place to work, is the whole point.

In 2017, the Houston Association of Realtors named me Realtor of the Year. I've been honored to serve in leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels of the Realtor community. In 2023, Governor Greg Abbott appointed me a Commissioner of the Texas Real Estate Commission — before that, I chaired the Commission's Broker Responsibility Working Group.

I host Top 5 with Chance Brown, where I sit down with thought leaders, industry experts, and top producers and pull out the takeaways you can actually use. And I write here about real estate & stuff — the tactical, the philosophical, and the occasionally f-bomb laden.
